Don Manifold is the Co-Owner and Managing Director of Equity & Advisory and an expert in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Manifold Advisory Partners was another business he started. Manifold was the Managing Partner and Head of Transaction Advisory at EY in South Australia and the Northern Territory prior to joining Equity & Advisory and founding his own firm.

Throughout his career in Adelaide, Don Manifold has advised on more than 60 completed acquisitions, IPOs, capital raisings, and disinvestments totaling more than $3 billion.
